Raffle Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility:
- The Raffle hosted by The Goat Cannabis Company in Three Rivers, Michigan (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is open to individuals aged 21 years or older. Participants must be of legal age to consume cannabis in their jurisdiction. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Method:
- To enter the raffle, participants must follow the instructions provided in the official Facebook post made by The Goat Cannabis Company. Entry may require actions such as sharing the post, tagging friends, and completing the Google survey with accurate information.
3. No Purchase Necessary:
- Participation in this raffle does not require any purchase or payment.
4. Duration:
- The raffle begins on March 26, 2024, and ends on April 20, 2024. Entries received outside of the specified timeframe will not be considered.
5. Prize:
- Gift Bundles being raffled can include electronics, merchandise, and much more!
6. Winner Selection:
- At the end of the raffle period, one winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries collected through the Google survey & Facebook. The winner will be chosen using a randomizer tool.
7. Winner Announcement:
- The winner will be announced via a post on The Goat Cannabis Company’s official Facebook page. The winner will also be notified through direct contact via phone or email.
8. Prize Claim:
- The winner must respond within 30 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. You also must come in-store to claim your prize and allow a picture to be taken with said prize if requested.
9. Publicity:
- By participating in the raffle, entrants agree that their name and likeness may be used by The Goat Cannabis Company for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
10. Release of Liability:
- By participating, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility and agree to abide by Facebook’s terms of service.
11. Modification or Termination:
- The Goat Cannabis Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice for any reason.
12. Governing Law:
- The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, United States.
13. Sponsor:
- The raffle is sponsored and administered by The Goat Cannabis Company, located in Three Rivers, Michigan.
